Product Description

The branch shredder operates independently of ground contact. It shreds plant residues (such as prunings) left in orchards, vineyards, or fields, helping to return them to the soil as organic fertilizer; a rake system at the front feeds tough, high-hanging pruned branches into the machine for shredding. The branch shredder operates independently of ground contact. It is used to shred post-harvest plant residues (prunings) from orchards, vineyards, and fields, converting them into organic fertilizer for the soil. This process enriches the soil with organic matter for the next production cycle and reduces the need for chemical fertilizers. A screen located beneath the rotor ensures the material is shredded into fine chips. The rake at the front of the machine feeds tough, high-hanging pruned branches into the unit for shredding without damaging the tractor. A dedicated gear assembly and hydraulic motor drive the rake. Thanks to the bi-directional gearbox and mounting system we developed, the machine—which attaches to the rear of the tractor—can also be operated in reverse.
