Designed for growers engaged in orchard farming, this stalk shredder model features a hydraulic piston on its mounting frame, allowing it to maneuver closer to the base of plants and perform tasks more comfortably. The hydraulic-shift stalk shredder operates independently of ground contact. It is used to shred post-harvest plant residues (such as prunings) left in orchards, vineyards, and fields, returning them to the soil as organic fertilizer. This process enriches the soil with organic matter for the next production cycle and reduces the need for chemical fertilizers. Its distinguishing feature compared to fixed models is the hydraulic piston mechanism on the mounting frame, which enables the machine to shift laterally—moving left or right relative to the tractor's direction of travel.
